You’re about to join a weekend that’s part summer camp, part retreat, fully unforgettable. Here’s how to step in prepared so you can show up, settle in, and let the magic happen.

We’ve curated a simple checklist so you don’t overthink it, just bring yourself, a little gear, a little spirit, and we’ll handle the rest

SLEEPING

  • We provide beds, pillows, and bedding but feel free to bring your own for additional comfort!

Where is camp located?

In the heart of the Red River Gorge, KY.

We'll send out the address before camp!

We recommend flying into Lexington (LEX) or Louisville airport (SDF). 

No, bathrooms are located in a fully on-grid bathhouse just a short walk from the tents (about 2–5 minutes). Each bathroom is private and includes a shower, sink, and toilet, so you’ll still have comfort and privacy without sacrificing the camp experience.

Refund requests made prior to 60 days to the start of the Event are eligible to receive a full refund of the amount of Tuition paid.

Refund requests made within 60 days of the Event will not be eligible for any refund.

As much as we love our furry family members, pets are not allowed.

Please let us know in the onboarding process and we will happily accommodate!

We will be sending out a recommend packing list closer to the event but the list above covers most of it. Stay tuned!

We ask campers to unplug from phones, laptops, and tablets during the weekend so you can fully be present and settle into the experience. If at any point you need to check your phone, simply let a member of our team know and we’ll happily accommodate you. The goal isn’t restriction, it’s creating space to truly unplug.

At this time, all tents are shared and include two beds. You’re welcome to attend with a friend and room together, or we’ll thoughtfully pair you with a tent mate.

That’s completely okay. All activities are optional, and you’re always welcome to opt out, rest, or do your own thing. That said, we do encourage you to join in when you can! The weekend is thoughtfully planned, and many campers are surprised by how much they enjoy trying something new in such a supportive environment.

Yes, light alcohol will be served during dinner. Participation is completely optional, and you’re always welcome to enjoy the weekend alcohol-free if that feels best for you.

Inclusive & welcoming

All womxn welcome, regardless of race, sexuality, religion, age, ability. Harassment and discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

Substance-free

To keep camp safe, grounded, and supportive for everyone, camp is a substance free space. We ask that no drugs be brought or used during the weekend.

Tech-free

Please aim to unplug from screens. Phones allowed but we encourage minimal usage so you can fully engage.

Safety & respect for nature

Follow all on-site instructions, use trails responsibly, leave no trace.

Cancellation & payment

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations are eligible for a full refund up to 60 days before the event. After that window, tickets are non-refundable.
